  I am a member of the church since 2010, and have been attending since 2008. I have grown spiritually, and deeply in the Lord, as a result of the ministry of this church. The Lord Jesus is exalted here - and this is the foundation of our body. I invite you to come and see!

  I am also an Elder at Covenant Reformed Baptist Church. We are a Reformed Baptist church that is passionate about the gospel in every way. A reviewer named Bob Smith made comments in which he must have been thinking of another church. We have had no visitors by that name in the recent year and he certainly seems to be speaking as if he had visited or attended our assembly. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. We would encourage anyone in the Woodstock or Crystal Lake area to visit us in person. You will find Christ exalted in every way to His glory and honor!

  I am sad to say that this church has recently turned from the fundamentals of the gospel. The focus on the church's power over the member is closer to that of a work-based religion than the teachings of the early Church they claim to be modeled after. It is a church bordering on cultish devotion to leadership more so than on Scripture and the pillars of the gospel.
